The GDC Buccal Tube Holder (1134) is a dental instrument designed for use in orthodontic procedures. It is commonly used to hold buccal tubes in place during the bonding process.The instrument consists of a pair of parallel arms with rounded tips that are designed to fit around the buccal tube. The arms are connected by a hinge that allows them to be opened and closed. The handles of the instrument are ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip, and there are finger rests on each handle to provide additional support.To use the GDC Buccal Tube Holder, the orthodontist places the rounded tips around the buccal tube and closes the handles to hold the tube in place. This allows the orthodontist to apply bonding material to the tube without it moving or shifting during the procedure.

Direction to use :-

• First, make sure the instrument is clean and sterilized before use.
• Open the arms of the holder by gently squeezing the handles together. Ensure that the rounded tips of the arms are wide enough to fit around the buccal tube.
• Position the rounded tips of the holder around the buccal tube, making sure they are securely in place.
• Gently squeeze the handles together to close the arms of the holder around the buccal tube. The buccal tube should now be held securely in place.
• Use the holder to keep the buccal tube steady while you apply bonding material to it.
• Once the bonding material has been applied, carefully remove the holder from the buccal tube by gently squeezing the handles to open the arms of the holder.
• Clean and sterilize the holder again before using it for another procedure.
