GDC Edentulous Perforated Impression Trays Lower #4 (ITRLEDPL4)

Specially designed trays to make accurate molds of the lower gums for making dentures.

Stainless Steel Impression Trays are created for use with alginate or any other type of impression material where detailed reproduction and dimensionally stable results are vital. They lock impression material in the tray to prevent distortion when removing it from the mouth. Uniform thickness gives superior rigidity for consistent results.

GDC Edentulous Perforated Impression Trays Lower #4 (ITRLEDPL4)

The GDC Edentulous Perforated Impression Trays Lower #4 (ITRLEDPL4) are dental instruments specifically designed for making impressions in edentulous patients, particularly for the lower arch. These trays are used in various dental procedures, such as denture fabrication and implant planning, to accurately capture the shape and contours of the edentulous ridge.

Direction to use :-

  • Patient Preparation: Ensure the patient’s mouth is clean and dry before starting the impression procedure. Remove any debris or excess saliva from the oral cavity.
  • Tray Selection: Select the appropriate size of GDC Edentulous Perforated Impression Tray Lower #4 (ITRLEDPL4) that matches the dimensions of the patient’s lower edentulous arch.
  • Impression Material: Choose a suitable impression material recommended for edentulous cases.
  • Tray Placement: Load the mixed impression material into the selected tray using a spatula or syringe. Ensure that the tray is adequately filled with the material, covering all the necessary areas of the lower edentulous arch.
  • Tray Insertion: Carefully insert the loaded tray into the patient’s mouth, making sure it aligns properly with the edentulous area. Ask the patient to bite down gently and evenly to achieve proper seating.
  • Tray Stability: Maintain the stability of the tray in the patient’s mouth for the recommended setting time. Avoid excessive movement or talking during this time to prevent distortion of the impression.
  • Tray Removal: After the recommended setting time has elapsed, gently and slowly remove the tray from the patient’s mouth. Start by loosening the edges of the tray and then lifting it out, taking care not to damage the impression.
  • Inspection: Examine the impression for accuracy, ensuring all necessary details of the edentulous area are captured. Check for any distortions, air bubbles, or other imperfections that may affect the quality of the impression.

Warranty :- 6 months against rust
