With its ergonomic construction and high-quality materials, this root elevator enhances dental professionals’ ability to perform effective and delicate tooth extractions with optimal patient comfort

Direction to use :-

  • Preparation: Ensure the E20H Root Elevator is clean and sterilized according to standard dental instrument protocols before use.
  • Patient Assessment: Evaluate the patient’s medical history and the specific tooth requiring extraction. Take necessary diagnostic images for a comprehensive understanding of the tooth’s condition.
  • Anesthesia: Administer local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort during the extraction procedure.
  • Selection of Elevator: Choose the E20H Root Elevator based on the tooth type, location, and the specific requirements of the extraction.
  • Insertion into Periodontal Ligament Space: Carefully insert the tapered tip of the elevator into the periodontal ligament space surrounding the tooth, using controlled force.
  • Engaging Root Structure: Apply controlled pressure to engage the root structure of the tooth, initiating the separation of the tooth from the surrounding bone.
  • Rotational Movement: Utilize a rotational movement of the elevator to gradually widen the periodontal ligament space, facilitating the loosening of the tooth.
  • Alternating Elevators (if necessary): If required, switch to different elevators with varying designs to address specific challenges associated with multi-rooted teeth.
  • Extraction Forceps (if needed): Transition to extraction forceps for the final removal of the loosened tooth, if necessary.
  • Gentle Extraction: Use gentle and controlled force to extract the tooth from its socket, minimizing trauma to surrounding tissues.
  • Post-Extraction Care: Provide post-extraction care instructions to the patient, including information on postoperative care, medications, and follow-up appointments.
  • Cleaning and Sterilization: Thoroughly clean the E20H Root Elevator between uses, following standard infection control practices, and sterilize it.
