GDC Lower Root No.33L Extraction Forceps

Lower Molars, Used for dental extraction (also referred to as tooth extraction, exodontia or exodontics): the removal of teeth from the dental alveolus (socket) in the alveolar bone. It is a dental instrument designed for the extraction of lower root teeth. It is specifically designed to provide a secure grip and optimal leverage for effective and efficient tooth extraction procedures. The forceps are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The beaks of the forceps are designed to fit around the root of the tooth, providing a firm grip to facilitate its extraction. The beaks have smooth and rounded surface to minimize the risk of damaging surrounding tissues during the extraction process. The handles of the forceps are ergonomically designed, providing a comfortable grip for the dentist or oral surgeon.

Direction to use :-

  • Prepare the patient: Ensure the patient is comfortably positioned in the dental chair and properly anesthetized to minimize pain during the extraction procedure.
  • Select the appropriate forceps: Confirm that the GDC Extraction Forceps Lower Roots – 33L Standard (FX33LS) is the correct instrument for tooth extraction based on the patient’s specific needs.
  • Position the forceps: Hold the forceps in your dominant hand, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip. Position the beaks of the forceps around the root of the tooth to be extracted, ensuring a secure fit.
  • Apply controlled pressure: Apply controlled pressure to the forceps handles, gripping the root firmly. Use a gentle rocking motion and rotational movement to loosen the tooth from its socket. Be cautious and avoid applying excessive force to minimize trauma to the surrounding tissues.
  • Extract the tooth: Once the tooth is sufficiently loosened, carefully lift and remove it from the socket using the forceps. Maintain a steady grip on the root to prevent any slippage during extraction.
  • Inspect the extraction site: After the tooth has been removed, inspect the extraction site to ensure no root fragments or debris remain. Clean the area if necessary.
  • Provide post-extraction instructions: Give the patient appropriate post-extraction care instructions, including information on pain management, oral hygiene, and any necessary follow-up appointments.

Warranty :- 6 months against rust
