Direction to use :- 

  • Select the Appropriate Size: Choose the impression tray size that best matches the patient’s upper dental arch. Ensure it accommodates both anterior and posterior teeth.
  • Prepare the Tray: Thoroughly clean and sterilize the impression tray to maintain aseptic conditions. Ensure it is free from any contaminants or residues.
  • Mix Dental Impression Material: Prepare the dental impression material following the manufacturer’s instructions. It should be a putty or flowable material suitable for the specific procedure.
  • Load the Tray: Carefully load the prepared impression material into the tray, ensuring an even and complete coverage of the tray’s inner surface.
  • Seat the Tray: Gently and accurately place the loaded tray into the patient’s mouth, ensuring that it covers both the anterior and posterior upper teeth. Ensure the patient maintains a comfortable and relaxed bite during this process.
  • Allow Material to Set: Give the impression material adequate time to set. The specific setting time will depend on the material used; follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Remove the Tray: Once the material has been set, carefully remove the tray from the patient’s mouth, ensuring that the impression remains intact.
  • Inspect the Impression: Examine the impression for accuracy and detail. It should capture the necessary information for the intended dental procedure.
  • Clean and Sterilize: After use, clean and sterilize the impression tray, ensuring it’s ready for future use.
