Direction to use :-

- Explorer Tip: To detect tooth decay and other irregularities on the tooth surfaces, use the explorer tip (usually marked with #6) at the other end of the instrument. Carefully glide the explorer tip along the tooth surfaces, feeling for any roughness or irregularities.
