Direction to use :-

• Preparation: Begin with a clean and sterilized PRF box. Ensure that all components are free from contamination.
• Blood Collection: Collect the patient’s blood in the provided blood collection tubes. This blood will be used to create PRF.
• Blood Separation: Carefully transfer the collected blood into the PRF box’s compartments, ensuring that blood samples remain separate within the box.
• Centrifugation: Seal the PRF box securely and place it in a centrifuge machine. Centrifuge at the recommended speed and duration to separate the blood components.
• PRF Formation: After centrifugation, the blood will separate into layers. The PRF clot will form in one of the compartments, which contains the concentrated platelets and growth factors.
• Extraction: Gently open the PRF box after centrifugation. Retrieve the PRF clot from the designated compartment using appropriate instruments.
• Clinical Application: The PRF clot is now ready for use in various dental treatments, such as bone grafting, socket preservation, or soft tissue regeneration.
• Cleaning and Sterilization: After use, thoroughly clean the PRF box and its components, then sterilize it for the next application.
