Direction to use :- 

  • Preparation: Wash your hands and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and a mask, before the procedure. Ensure the GDC Orban Knife (Ko1/2) is clean and sterilized before use.
  • Patient Preparation: Prepare the patient for the procedure, including local anesthesia as needed.
  • Grip the Handle: Hold the GDC Orban Knife #6 with a proper pen grasp, ensuring a stable and comfortable grip.
  • Positioning: Position the blade at the desired entry point on the gingiva or the area that requires incision. Maintain a shallow angle to the tissue surface to control the depth of the incision.
  • Incision: Make a precise and controlled incision with gentle pressure, following the specific surgical technique required for the procedure.
  • Direction: Ensure the incision follows the intended path, considering the specific purpose of the surgical procedure.
  • Tissue Manipulation: Use the knife’s sharp and precise blade to manipulate the soft tissue delicately, as needed for the particular procedure.
