Direction to use :-

• Prepare the dental material: Ensure that the calcium hydroxide-based liner, such as Dycal, is properly mixed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Position the patient: Have the patient in a comfortable position and isolate the tooth or teeth being treated using a rubber dam or other appropriate means.
• Load the applicator: Apply a small amount of the prepared dental material onto the tip of the applicator. Be careful not to overload the tip to maintain precision during application.
• Target area identification: Identify the specific area where the dental material needs to be applied. This can be a cavity or an area where the dental pulp is exposed or at risk of exposure.
• Application: Gently and precisely apply the dental material from the applicator tip onto the target area. Use controlled movements to ensure accurate placement and coverage of the material.
• Smooth and adjust: If necessary, use an instrument or a suitable tool to smooth and adjust the applied dental material to ensure an even and appropriate layer.
• Follow manufacturer’s instructions: Adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines regarding setting time, curing, or any additional steps that may be necessary for the specific dental material being used.
