GDC Weingart Slim Plier with TC Tip – 3000/32TC

Weingart TC pliers come with matching serrated tips that provide maximum wire control at a convenient working angle and their inserted serrated tips prevent the wire from slipping while holding round, square and rectangular wire up to .022 X.028.

• The Weingart Plier is used to guide and move the archwire in & out of placement & bending of the archwire ends.
• Tips are delicate and meet precisely.
• Beaks are curved and serrated.
• Tapered tips fit easily between the brackets
• Tip holds the wire firmly at a convenient working angle.
• Plier design is convenient for the placement and removal of archwires.

Direction to use :- 

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING MAINTENANCE:-

• Clean in an ultrasonic unit for 10 minutes with a no-rinse general-purpose solution with an included rust inhibitor. Keep tips open during cleaning.
• Dry or drain instruments and dip them in the instrument solution.
• Load pliers on the tray. The loading method should allow plier tips to remain open during sterilizing cycle.
• Sterilize according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• After the sterilization cycle is complete, depressurize the equipment and allow the pliers to cool.
• Remove instruments and make sure they are dry prior to storage.
• Lubricate pliers with a silicon lubricant. DO NOT use tap water during any sterilization process and always dry instruments whenever they are rinsed.
