Direction to use :-

• Identify the suture that needs to be cut. Locate the knot or the area where the suture needs to be separated.
• Position the fine tips of the scissors near the knot or the desired cutting point, ensuring proper visibility and control.
• With a steady hand, gently squeeze the handles together to close the blades and cut through the suture. Apply the necessary amount of pressure to ensure a clean and precise cut.
• Release the pressure on the handles to open the blades after cutting the suture.
• If multiple sutures need to be cut, repeat the process for each suture, ensuring proper positioning and control before making each cut.
• After completing the suture-cutting procedure, carefully place the scissors in a designated area for contaminated instruments or dispose of them properly, following proper infection control protocols.
