GDC Lower Root Extraction Forceps FX31S
The GDC Extraction Forceps Lower Roots – 31 Standard (FX31S) are dental instruments designed for the extraction of lower roots in various dental procedures. These forceps have a standard design that provides a versatile tool for dental professionals. The beaks of the forceps are specially designed to securely grip and extract the roots of teeth. The FX31S forceps are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel construction allows for repeated sterilization without compromising the performance or integrity of the forceps. The forceps have a sturdy and ergonomic design that provides a comfortable and secure grip, allowing for precise control during the extraction process.Used for dental extraction (also referred to as tooth extraction, exodontia or exodontics): the removal of teeth from the dental alveolus (socket) in the alveolar bone.
Direction to use :-
- Patient Preparation: Ensure that the patient is properly positioned and comfortable for the procedure. Administer local anesthesia to numb the area where the extraction will take place.
- Grasp the Forceps: Hold the FX31S forceps in your dominant hand, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip. Familiarize yourself with the instrument and ensure that the beaks are properly aligned.
- Positioning: Position the beaks of the forceps around the root of the tooth to be extracted. Ensure that the beaks are placed as close to the gum line as possible, gripping the root firmly.
- Apply Controlled Pressure: Once the forceps are properly positioned, apply controlled pressure to the root. Use a twisting motion to loosen the root from its socket. It is important to exercise caution and avoid excessive force to minimize trauma to surrounding tissues.
- Gradual Extraction: Gradually increase the pressure and continue the twisting motion until the root is sufficiently loosened. Take your time and work carefully to ensure a successful extraction.
- Remove the Extracted Root: Once the root is sufficiently loosened, carefully lift and remove it from the socket using the forceps. Ensure that the entire root is extracted without leaving any fragments behind.
- Post-Extraction Care: After the extraction, provide the patient with instructions for post-extraction care, including proper oral hygiene and any necessary pain management. Monitor the patient for any signs of complications and schedule any follow-up appointments as needed.
Warranty :- 6 months against rust
