The GDC Rubber Dam Clamp Adult 210 (Rdc210) serves a crucial role in dental procedures by firmly anchoring a rubber dam in the cervical region of an exposed tooth. Constructed from durable spring metal, it features beveled jaws that securely grip the tooth and a connecting bow for stability. This clamp is available in various shapes, sizes, and designs to suit diverse dental scenarios. With one small and one large jaw, it is particularly suitable for anterior teeth, including tooth numbers 6-7-8-9-10-11-22-23-24-25-26-27. Direction to use :-

  • Select the appropriate clamp: Choose the clamp size and design that best fits the tooth being treated. Ensure that the clamp is compatible with tooth numbers 6-7-8-9-10-11-22-23-24-25-26-27.
  • Prepare the tooth: Clean and dry the tooth surface where the clamp will be placed. Ensure that the rubber dam is properly positioned and secured around the tooth.
  • Position the clamp: Place the beveled jaws of the clamp around the cervical region of the tooth. Ensure that the jaws securely grip the tooth without causing discomfort to the patient.
  • Adjust the bow: Align the bow of the clamp so that it comfortably rests against the adjacent teeth and does not impede access to the treatment area.
  • Verify stability: Confirm that the clamp is securely anchored in place and provides adequate isolation of the treatment area.
  • Proceed with treatment: Once the clamp is properly positioned, proceed with the intended dental procedure while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Removal After Procedure: After completing the procedure, carefully remove the clamp using the forceps, minimizing trauma to surrounding tissues.
