Directions for use :-

• Hold the caliper with your fingers at the top and bottom, making sure not to touch the measuring tips.
• Unlock the caliper by gently pressing the locking mechanism near the top of the tool.
• Position the caliper tips at the desired measurement location, either on a patient’s teeth or on a dental model.
• Gently close the caliper until the tips are snug against the surface being measured.
• Lock the caliper in place by pressing the locking mechanism again.
• Record the measurement and transfer it onto the wax model or other material as needed.
• Repeat the process as necessary to measure other teeth or dimensions.
• When finished, unlock the caliper and wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe or solution before storing it away.
• After use, the instrument should be cleaned thoroughly and sterilized before the next use.
