Direction to use :- 

• Prepare the Work Area: Set up a clean and well-lit work area with adequate space to maneuver the wax and the carver. Ensure that all necessary materials and tools are within reach.
• Select the Appropriate Carver: Choose the GDC Lecron Carver (Wcl1) with the size and shape that best suits the specific wax carving needs of your restoration.
• Soften the Wax (Optional): If desired, heat the blade of the carver using a heat source or a flame to soften the wax material. Be cautious not to overheat or melt the wax.
• Grasp the Carver: Hold the GDC Lecron Carver (Wcl1) in a pen-like grip, with a firm but comfortable hold on the handle. Position your fingers to maintain control and stability during the carving process.
• Visualize the Wax Pattern: Take a moment to visualize the desired shape and contour of the wax pattern. This will guide your carving technique and help achieve the intended restoration design.
• Begin Carving: Place the blade of the carver on the wax material, applying gentle pressure. Start removing excess wax and shaping the pattern according to the desired contours, margins, and anatomical features. Utilize short, controlled strokes and maintain steady hand movements for precise carving.
• Refine and Detail: As you progress, refine the wax pattern further, paying attention to details and intricacies. Use the carver’s different edges and angles to create the desired texture, surface morphology, and aesthetic characteristics of the restoration.
• Evaluate and Adjust: Periodically step back and evaluate the progress of the wax pattern. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure it matches the intended design. Check margins, contours, and other critical aspects for accuracy.
• Clean and Maintain: Throughout the carving process, clean the blade of the carver regularly to remove any accumulated wax debris. This will help maintain optimal cutting efficiency and precision.
• Finalize the Wax Pattern: Once you are satisfied with the shape and quality of the wax pattern, perform a final evaluation. Make any last-minute adjustments if needed. Ensure the pattern is smooth, symmetrical, and accurately represents the desired restoration design.
